Troubleshooting:C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INETCPL.CPL IS NOT A WIN 32 APPLICATION.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INETCPL.CPL IS NOT A WIN 32 APPLICATION.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\INETCPL.CPL IS NOT A WIN 32 APPLICATION  and now my internet options button in control panel does not work.
This happened after I did a windows update and installed them.
