I want to know how to get the Classic format for the Start Menu.  This question was previously asked by Nice Get but the MS engineer, Debbie, who replied, missed the point.
She answered about theme and using Classic Theme, which is just the desktop appearance.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Restart your computer.
