Black Screen after installing Windows 8

I installed windows on my SSD, then when it reboots it comes to 'getting devices ready 94%' and goes to a black screen.
I am then forced to restart where it tells me Windows cannot load because it was interrupted during installation.
This is installing
Windows 8, on a brand new hard drive in a PC I built myself.
I've updated the BIOS, I have tried installing from the DVD and the USB Drive I have.
Nothing has worked so far.
I've already unplugged everything I can, and I don't have onboard video.

I am using a Sapphire HD 7770 GPU, Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 motherboard, an AMD 8350 Processor, Corsair Nova 2 SSD, and just a standard keyboard and mouse.
