Are these installation files that I can safely delete?
In March, 2011, I upgraded my PC from MS Windows Vista to MS Windows 7 Ultimate. I note in my "Downloads" folder there is a folder, 4.65 GB in size & labelled "Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade," that appears to contain installation files for Windows 7. It
dates from March, 2011. To reclaim disk space, can I safely delete this folder & its contained files w/o having any harmful effect on my Windows 7 OS?
