Tech Support: Any way to move the "unmovable" System Volume Information folder a little closer to the beginning of the partition?

Any way to move the "unmovable" System Volume Information folder a little closer to the beginning of the partition?

I have a new computer that shipped with Windows 7, and a fairly large hard drive.
I'm planning to partition it and multi-boot one or more other OSes.
According to a third-party disk analyzer, the System Volume Information folder is very inconveniently
located a little past the middle of my volume.
Since it's "unmovable," defraggers and free space consolidators won't touch it.
Is there any means of getting it out of the way?

Solutions to the Problem Any way to move the "unmovable" System Volume Information folder a little closer to the beginning of the partition?
