1.
Use the DVD instead of Network Drive to backup and check if the error persists.
2.
Also check the permissions on the Network Drive.
3.
If you still come across the issue, I would suggest you to update the Network drivers and then check for the issue.
a.
Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, then type Device Manager.‌

b.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
c.
Look for the Network adapter drivers, right click on it and select
Uninstall.
d.
Reboot the computer.
e.
On reboot, Windows 7 should re-install the drivers automatically.

Boot in Safe Mode:

  • Open Run command as previously described
  • Type MSConfig
  • Click on Boot tab
  • Tick Safe boot in Boot option
  • Select Network
  • Click Apply and OK
  • Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
