I suggest not to subscribe to the service.
It’s an indication of malicious software /virus.

You can use Malicious Software Removal Tool which helps in removal of malicious software and the steps are as follows:
a.            Click Start

Manually editing the Windows registry

Caution: Unless you an advanced PC user, please do not edit the Windows registry manually.

Click the Start button.
Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
