I am having trouble with my internet,i can connect to the internet,go to my home page and search things but when i want to go to a page it comes up with unable to connect,i did troubleshhoot and it says it cant find the problem,i had a look at some things
and i found one which says IPv6 no netwrok access,can someone help please.my hard drive died and i got it fixed(under warranty)but it hasnt worked properly(on the internet)since,i have re installed my router onto my laptop also but still having trouble.it
has taken nearly four days to update windows so i dont know if that has something to do with whats happening.

Renew IP address for your computer
a)    Open the ‘Command Prompt’ window by clicking the ‘Start’ button.

ipconfig /flushdns, and then press Enter.
This releases your current IP address.
