Dell stages not working, -will play 3 songs and stop, will not allow set up for playlist... goes to not responding. Doing the same in Picture file. How do I fix this problem?

Updates coming in from Dell caused this problem, I believe.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
