Can't start Flight simulator X.

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with flight simulator X, it doesn't run. 
It says all the time: Error ID=25 (null)
I have an Aspire M5201 with 4GB RAM, AMD Phenom(tm) 9650 Quad-Core Processor 2,30 GHz, 32-bits and the manufacterer is Acer.
I have a Windows Vista Home Premium.
I've installed two service packs: Service pack 1 and service pack 2 but it wasn't doing anything.
Sorry for my English if I maked some mistakes, I'm Dutch.
Please help me.

     Well if you are still having this problem here are a couple other things to try.

Use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility  to uninstall FSX.  Then reinstall the game then update it with

service pack 1 only.  Then test the game.  Also if you are installing any add-ons (different props, etc...) then leave those off to start with.  

If you are still having an issue then you may want to check the
FS Support for more assistance.

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed. The technician will be able to walk through the steps from getting a new product key to finishing the installation.
