Crash with black screen.

Screen goes black as if in sleep mode.
won't come back up.Restart button dosen't work , have to hold down power button and restart in safe mode.
message comes up saying there is problem.
Open details and says BSOD- Local ID 1033,-BC code 116.
While it
says blue screen of death the screen is black.It also says upon restart it will check for solutions .
That also does not work.
this is about the third time this has happened

If this is a PC remove ALL power then remove and replace all cards, memory, and cables (on both
ends when possible) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug.
Clean out the dust bunnies
and ensure the fans will work.
On a laptop about all you can do is reseat the memory and clean

info that would help.
Such as the BCC and the other 4 entries on the lower left.
And any other
