Can't get a used to part of the network PC connect to regular internet at home.

I got a used PC that used to part of a business network station.
It is using XP Pro.
They clean up all the files and applications.
When I connect it to my home router, the computer has a message of "Limited or No connectivity".
I tried all kind of connection setting and testing, but no luck.
I have never deal with this kind of issue before, so hopefully someone can guide me to reset this.
